My name is Robert Cembala and I work as an international relations here in Poland, I write you this mail concerning an abandoned fund that was deposited long time ago by your country woman, this fund I have been monitoring for 5 years now and nobody had ever applied for the claim because the account was opened without a heir.
Now I need your help because I want to transfer the fund to your country for investment as I have been giving the authority and only I have the power to transfer the fund to a foreigner account, I have all the information that we need for the transfer.
