This paper further discusses the need for constant collection evaluation since it is an important component of a comprehensive collection management program. This paper stresses that the growth a nd continued existence of school Librarians is dependent on the ability to acquire new skills in the area of collection building required to transform and navigate the performance of students.

Publications in Atlantic Journals are published monthly. We are currently seeking manuscripts for the upcoming issues. We welcome a timely submission of Original articles, Case studies, Expert reviews, surveys, opinions, commentaries and essays in all fields.
